Aluminium alloys standards

We mention here the most used standards for extrusion products of aluminum alloys:

- UNE-EN 573-3: Aluminum and aluminum alloys. Chemical composition and form of wrought products. Part 3: Chemical composition.
This European rule specifies the limits from the chemical composition of wrought aluminium alloys. Compositions are similar to those specified and registered by the Aluminum Association.
- UNE-EN 573-3: Aluminum and aluminum alloys. Chemical composition and form of wrought products. Part 4: Form of products.
This European rule specifies the forms of available products in aluminum alloys for each field of application and its availability in the market.
- UNE-EN 755-1: Aluminium and aluminium alloy. Extruded rods, bars, tubes and profiles. Part 1: Technical conditions for inspection and delivery.
This European rule specifies the requirements, trials, documents and other specifications for the supply of aluminum profiles.
- UNE-EN 755-2: Aluminum and aluminum alloys. Extruded rods, bars, tubes and profiles. Part 2: Mechanical properties.
This European rule specifies the mechanical properties that are used depending on the type of alloy and temper designation.
- UNE-EN 755-9: Aluminium and aluminium alloys. Extruded rods, bars, tubes and profiles. Part 9: Profiles, tolerances on dimensions and form.
This European rule specifies the tolerances over the geometry and the measures of profiles with circumscribed circle inferior to 800 mm. The tolerance is established depending on the difficulty of the production of the product and on the cross section of the profile.
- UNE-EN 10204: Metallic Products. Types of inspection documents.
This European rule specifies the inspection documents that, as per the order requirements, will be delivered to the buyer.
- UNE 38114. Wrought aluminium and/or aluminium alloys. Series 1000. Al. EN AW-1050
This rule specifies the chemical composition, mechanical properties and physics and technological characteristics of this alloy.
- UNE 38349. Wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys. Series 6000. AlMgSi. EN AW-6005A
This rule specifies the chemical composition, mechanical properties and physics and technological characteristics of this alloy.
- UNE 38337. Wrought aluminum and aluminum alloy. Series 6000. AlMgSi. EN AW-6063
This rule specifies the chemical composition, mechanical properties and physics and technological characteristics of this alloy.
- UNE 38117. Wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys. Series 1000. Al. EN AW-1070 A.
This rule specifies the chemical composition, mechanical properties and physics and technological characteristics of this alloy.
- UNE 38334. Wrought aluminum and aluminum alloys. Series 6000. AlMgSi. EN AW-6351
This rule specifies the chemical composition, mechanical properties and physics and technological characteristics of this alloy.
- UNE 38348. Wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys. Series 6000. AlMgSi. EN AW-6082
This rule specifies the chemical composition, mechanical properties and physics and technological characteristics of this alloy.
- UNE 38350. Wrought aluminum and aluminum alloys. Series 6000. AlMgSi. EN AW-6060
This rule specifies the chemical composition, mechanical properties and physics and technological characteristics of this alloy.
- UNE 38-301-89. Wrought aluminum and aluminum alloys. Official equivalences.
This rule establishes the equivalences of aluminium alloys considered in the rule UNE as those from other Normalization institutions.
